Constantly raising prices every couple of month. Take advantage of their elderly customers who don't know how to get discounts or understand. Over 200 per month for internet(with download limits), tv with no movie channels, and telephone.

  • PROS : As of right now, my internet hasn't had any issues.
  • CONS : The ruthless upselling. I don't have very much money to spend, and that's why am only getting the internet. I was called multiple times about upgrading to phones and cable when I can't afford it.

My installation tech was very helpful :)As of right now, my internet hasn't had any issues.

  • CONS : My signal is week. i continually lose signal so it slows me down too much.

The service tech was very nice and helpful. he did more than expected. The signal strenght is week and needs to be stronger. It makes working on my computer very slow.

Cox seems easier to deal with than Direct TV.Internet speed is super fast.TV picture quality is great.No early drops.

  • CONS : The prices are very high and continue to increase. Internet cuts out often.

Overall, an okay experience. Customer Service has been good. The intro offers are good. I wish you would reward your old, faithful customers like you do your new customers. After introductory offers the prices drastically increase. It shouldn\'t be this way.

  • CONS : Team members should be more knowledgeable on weekend services when asked to speak to a supervisor, and told within 2 hours, the request should be answered review billing..... getting way overpriced....paying 162.00/mo and dont even have a movie channel long-time customers should see a percentage off their monthly bill as a THANK YOU for being loyal

Been with cox for over 20 years, reliable! Get company.
