We started with basic internet for three weeks and then advanced to three TV DVR service booked at a store.

  • CONS : Unsecured modems, which I believe should have their own address, to prevent crashes.

Only had the service for three months and ithas been satisfactory.

  • CONS : Communication when starting service, reliability of service, quality/safety of equipment.

Mostly fine, Cable box at my apartment complex is not sealed away from the weather, and when my cable was turned on by the subcontracted technician he turned OFF cable for all of my neighbors. Cable internet mostly fine, but goes out intermittently and then comes back for no apparent reason, which is annoying. Other than those issues, satisfied with speed and not utterly outraged by price.
