- CONS : Slow customer service, a lot of issues with their reports.
Trying to contact Equifax whether online or by phone is an entirely painful process. They’re slow to respond and even slower to resolve issues. I waited on the phone for over two hours trying to figure out how to fix an error on my report. After that I couldn’t log into my account and had to sit on the phone for another hour. Extremely disappointed.
