Frontpoint is wonderful. Very reliable, very polite customer support. One of my cameras was faulty and they told me they’d replace it no problem with no extra cost. Super happy with these guys! Thank you Frontpoint!

I did not have any real problems with Frontpoint but I’ve used many different home security systems and the equipment quality for this one was the least high tech in my opinion. In order to feel safe in my home I’m going to need a little more than that.

Took me like 20 minutes to install everything. So so easy! The door sensors and motion detectors are some of my favorite parts of their equipment. Everything is user-friendly, and the price is cost-effective.

Gotta give it to Frontpoint for being one of the best security systems on the market. I’ve been a customer for about a year now and I can genuinely say it has worked to its full potential to make my home feel secure. None of the equipment is faulty, and the customer service is extremely polite. Very impressed, I would highly recommend trying it.

Their customer service are the most patient people I’ve ever worked with. I was struggling with some of their instructions and I was able to get on the phone with someone in just minutes. They walked me through everything step by step, even though it was almost a half hour process. I highly recommend!!

We were concerned of car burglaries happening near us a few years ago so we decided to try FrontPoint and have been customers since. Anytime I’ve had any problems they are fast to respond to me and my wife. We've had no issues so far and plan to continue being customers.
