Seems like all they really care about is money. Why else would they make their customers sign such a lengthy contract... this company just seemed like a scam overall..

I’m so disappointed in this company. Decided to cancel the service because I was moving homes and my new home had a security system already installed in it. When I called to explain the situation they still required that I paid off the remaining balance of the contract even though I’d no longer be using it. All I can say is, avoid this company at all costs.

Astounding customer service for one. On top of that they have sensible pricing. I’ve been a customer for years now and wouldn’t dare use anything else to secure my home. There aren’t any installation fees and no starting fees or upfront costs either.

Protect America rocks. Its been such a smooth sailing process overall I’m so pleased I decided to use it. I’ve already recommended it to my parents who are now customers as well and they’re just as content. Get protect america!!

$20 a month?! you can’t beat it. There aren’t any upfront fees, they’re not trying to screw you out of money. My brother and I have been customers for a near 8 years and our monthly charge is never raised. It’s been so easy working with them. Definitely recommend

The price is actually fairly cheap AND I got a free security camera with my purchase. I am not home often so being able to see what goes on when I’m away is a complete sigh of relief. I use it to monitor what my kids and pets do if I’m not there too. I have complete faith my family, and my home are safe!
