  • PROS : Cost was very reasonable Equipment being electrtronic has it occasional hic cup, prompt service made it right.
  • CONS : None

As a retired minister on limited funds Spectrum service as been a great relationship, both in reasonable cost for a retiree. And I feel the service was very good, and the satisfaction had some bumps in it, but for me there was not a BOO in the bunch!!

  • PROS : The service was very good.
  • CONS : I was disappointed that 2 days after ordering my service, Time Warner advertised on t.v. a $14.99 monthly charge with no instaallation fee. - I was never offered this.

I do appreciate that you offered the pros and cons in the survey - this is very unusual.

  • PROS : Quality of internet, phone and television service is very good, especially compared to similar product with other carriers.
  • CONS : Explanation of services and pricing when first inquiring about TWC services. I found the sign-up process frustrating when a full and complete explanation of charges was requested. Service rep was vague about the tax portion of the initial billing, and a subsequent paper billing was never received. Other billing errors were also frustrating requiring follow up by myself which were eventually resolved to my satisfaction.

An invoice for the initial subscription and deposits paid should be issued and either mailed to customer or made available through online account. Otherwise, I am a fairly satisfied customer.

  • PROS : I liked the pkg we were offered.
  • CONS : Relaying important information starting with from the phone rep and also by the installer.

We were led to believe we could try and save $ by purchasing our own cable box but (later) found out this was "kind of true" but not advisable for those who are not "techknowlogically challenged". When asked about email, the installer casually said "no, you don't need to bother changing your email address" which was att. (Later) found out that there is a grace period but we would have to change it eventually. We were not advised at all about setting up email under TWC. ATT instructed us about getting a generic email to avoid this in the future! So, a lack of helpful information and half truths caused us to be lured back to att which we are not that happy about either.

  • CONS : The remote control sucks, not good communication between the control & box. It is like the battery is low.

The delay between switching channels, & the remote suck

  • PROS : Best services provided by cancellation dept service rep and supervisor
  • CONS : Wish you had more supervisor like in cancellation dept or put her in charge. I know there would be a great improvement.

installation on Thursday had problems no service. tech can on Tuesday still no service. would have to wait 2 more days. called to cancel services. supervisor and service rep gave me more help and sevices than any other department. supervisor arranged for tech to come out same day. was to get credit for 5 days without services. went into office, no help call. called and go from one department to another before anything can be done. everyone tells you that not their job. I have internet connection in living room. asked about connection in bedroom and was told no. are you providing the best services to me. as soon that I can find other internet services' will cancel twc. thank you

  • CONS : Just for new customer in USA (like me), you have to put same option for reward. because you give reward to whom switch to TWC, but not for whom choose TWC as his/her first choice ( like me, I was thinking between TWC and AT&T and finally I choose you ) Thanks

We had Verizon for a few years and we would constantly lose our connection. We have had no problems with TWC. Very happy!

  • PROS : Bundle savings. Was on time for installation apptmt. Support to help set up wireless internet was good.
  • CONS : Channle line up and organization is confusing. Too many channels are an added cost which I use to get included with my prior service. Signal cuts out / freezes in the middle of a show.

I am always satisied with Tw.
