Finally glad it is installed and working flawlessly.The comcast customer service is the best their staff is so friendly.

  • CONS : Free movies for kids (recent ones). More promotions to save money or better plans with the same price.

I have only received quality of service from Comcast.

  • CONS : When I call about something that has no need for a person (technician) your computerized system \'responds\' in a way that makes it out like someone is coming to my house. This is confusing, unnecessary, and bothersome. Please stop it from being that way.
