If you’re looking for something basic and easy…..this isnt it. So many instructions, I ran into so much difficulty just trying to set the whole thing up after paying so much for it. Don't even waste your money take it from me.

My mother is in a wheel chair and currently lives with my family and I, as I am her primary caretaker at the moment, and every day around 5 in the afternoon I leave to pickup my daughter from soccer. Thanks to Vivint, my alarm turns on automatically if I forget to do it myself. Highly recommend!

I just love Vinvit. Customer service was fantastic and we love their equipment. There’s even a warranty that covers defective equipment and then the typical wear and tear that can happen to equipment, and that’s a life saver as well. Shout out to Vinvit!

Signed up for the 60-month contract, with confidence I’d use it the full term and due to a change in my income I could no longer afford it. When I called to cancel I was still required to pay off the contract, even though I had another two years left that I wasn’t going to use. The reason I wanted to end the contract in the first place was because I couldn’t afford it… the last thing I should’ve been asked to do was pay it off. Don’t even bother with Vinvit, not worth it. I’m extremely upset.

Overall the installation process was fairly easy, and the man who did it, Max, was so so friendly but we were looking to customize our alarm sounds and that wasn’t an option. There were also some fees we were required to pay upfront that we hadn’t previously known about. But besides that we haven’t had any other complaints.

Extremely unpleased with Vivint! I attempted to update my service when I moved apartments and they made me wait on the phone for almost 37 minutes only to hang up the phone! They should be ashamed of their customer service. Not at all worth the price. Don't get Vivint!
