  • PROS : Ease of one bill for bundle; easy tv functionality;
  • CONS : Calling with issues is a 1 on a scale of 1-100. (1 being the poorest). My account is still not straightened out and I will probably switch to another vendor,

Too detailed to go into- lack of communication with sales/technicians/billing.

  • PROS : Record TV in one room and watch it in another.
  • CONS : My internet seems to be slow, but If I call for serbice I will have to pay. When I had WOW, service calls were free.

Each sales person gave me a different price. I wanted the 2 years agreement with the $200 Visa card. When I called to imquire, they said I didn't have the 2 year agreement. But that turned out to be okay, because I plan to drop Comcast Xfinity as soon as possible and return to my old cable company. The installation was all screwed up and he didn't turn off the old telephome so I had noise. They were going to charge me a service call for their screw up. I am totally disappointed with Comcast.

  • CONS : More affordable services, better customer service with people that sound like they at least care what issue(s) you're having with the service, more transparent & consistent bills where rates/special offers stay locked in as part of being a 'valued customer' like the cable company is always claiming you are but in reality you're left feeling ripped off after paying the bill every month. Having cable service today is becoming less & less necessary with so many viewing options available out there. The very least the cable company can offer is better rates to keep my business and a stellar customer service experience when you need to call them.

More affordable services, better customer service with people that sound like they at least care what issue(s) you're having with the service, more transparent & consistent bills where rates/special offers stay locked in as part of being a 'valued customer' like the cable company is always claiming you are but in reality you're left feeling ripped off after paying the bill every month.   • CONS : Internet speed is poor The DVR is difficult to operate and won't let you record 2 Chanel's at once I HAD to buy phone service even though I'll never use it. Channel selection is poor The channel guide is too small All this is relative to verizon fios that I had at my previous residence. I'd switch in a heartbeat to verizon if it was an option

Good customer service. Sadly I've needed it several times. My wifi was not tested mad didn't work for several weeks

  • PROS : Comcast internet speeds are good. There cable vision being television seems to never go out.
  • CONS : I would like the audio get better there are times when the audio is muffled for a short time making impossible for you to hear what's being said.

The internet is reliable and its video services seem to be always up however the audio that accompanied with there video seems to have muffled problems at times the way we correct it as fast as possible is to change the station and then back to the station that's having problems and it seems to go away.

  • PROS : Excellent selection of t.v. channels and good pictures, internet is good and connects well.
  • CONS : The security system needs an update immediately. The system is antiquated with the exception of the camera's. The system setting box is to small, it doesn't have a bell or buzzer and the only way to have sound is to carry your monitor around from room to room with you. Also there is only one mounted setting box therefore set it and run out the front or carry the monitor with you. The system has potential and even though is new needs to rise up to compete with the ADT;s of the world. And finally the system does not do what was promised. I was promised that I would be able to adjust my temperature through my i-phone or computer however I was told by the technician that his thermostats did not work with my system,,,, who's fault is that? I was promised something and didn't get it.

Over all the bundle has a good value, however see number four thus the bundle grades average.

  • CONS : Complete review of what is to be done before getting on site. Perhaps a call with Customer.

I was having a modem line installed so I can have the modem on the other side of the house in the living room. No other cables were going there. Not an easy task but the rep identified another line and wired it properly. A few issues came up causing him to work later than usual since he was at my house just before 5pm, but he handled it very well.

Internet speeds, on demand, the stations offered are great. I dont have any more to say over all I like comcast.

Thus far, I have not had any issue with comcast. Keep up the good customer service and the fast interenet.

I am much impressed with Comcast. I have used 3 other internet services in the last few years and this is, by far, the best.

  • CONS : The constant confusion as to pricing. Nobody can give a straight answer. The pricing is constantly confusing.

If the pricing could be more direct and easier to understand then I would rate the the company much higher. Sorry to say, but I feel like I am dealing with a "used car salesperson" whenever I try to get an answer or confirm what I should expect to pay for the service on a monthly basis.

Picture sometimes freezes while watching live shows, I believe its my area. When FIOS is installed nearby service is negatively affected.

Overall the cable channels are excellent along with customer service. One thing I wish you had is the NFL ticket as an option to purchase during the Football season.
