The install and the crew that buried the line were professional and did a very good job.

  • PROS : Good products and servicve at a reasonable price.
  • CONS : Bundling of services is great but the pricing is pretty cheesy. Once the \"promotion\" is over then the price nearly doubles. However, if I complain I can get the special bundle pricing again. The corporate marketing must think people are stupid. All they do by this feature is distrust by your customers.

I have been a Comcast customer for many years at several locations. I like the products.Good products and servicve at a reasonable price.

  • CONS : Sales. I spoke to three different people and everyone told me something different. Also, the rep who set everything up said we would have wifi and did not put it in the order or disclose the install fee.

The tech was very professional and worked very hard for us.Quick and reliable services at a competitive price.

  • CONS : Have had problems with certain channels--would be nice if they could acknowledge that they are aware of the issues and are working on them.

Reps took care of everything to set up our Account fast. When things did not work out immediately, they gave me a three month upgrade bonus.

  • CONS : Internet sometimes can be a bit slow sometimes, but overall comcast has great service.

Great service and the customer service department makes sure the fix the issues someone may have messed up on a previous call. Great company and we like what shows and movies are available with on demand.

  • CONS : The cost of the services are a little higher than the last place I received these same services from.

I like Comcast because, the services I get are always working and never \"down\"I never have any technical issues with either the internet or cable services.

  • PROS : Comcast provides me internet access.
  • CONS : Consistency. Lag spikes are frustrating and when we lose connectivity completely and unexpectedly that can be down right rage-inducing. Also, fiber-optic infrastructure please.

The technician that set up our access in our new apartment was awesome. She was friendly, helpful and quick. As far as internet service, it's okay but there are not a lot of options either.
