  • CONS : Calling with issues is a 1 on a scale of 1-100. (1 being the poorest). My account is still not straightened out and I will probably switch to another vendor,

  • CONS : More affordable services, better customer service with people that sound like they at least care what issue(s) you're having with the service, more transparent & consistent bills where rates/special offers stay locked in as part of being a 'valued customer' like the cable company is always claiming you are but in reality you're left feeling ripped off after paying the bill every month. Having cable service today is becoming less & less necessary with so many viewing options available out there. The very least the cable company can offer is better rates to keep my business and a stellar customer service experience when you need to call them.

  • CONS : There are times when my internet goes out but I do not know if its comcast fault or my router or modem.

Thus far, I have not had any issue with comcast. Keep up the good customer service and the fast interenet.

  • CONS : Be rid of the automated voice mails and Comcast 800 numbers do not work!

  • CONS : No printed TV Guide Very difficult to get customer service on the phone. I want to cancel HBO, but can\'t get through. Twice I have waited over 30 minutes with no response.

I like the service Comcast doesn\'t go out when it rains so good.

  • PROS : -all the promos, channels, and guarantee service without weather interruptions.
  • CONS : -the price of bundles to be stable throughout an entire service, even after years pass. -the small boxes to pull more channels like the main box in living room instead of having to purchase the big one for every room.

I\'ve always used and still use Comcast because the service is very good!

  • PROS : Hardly any issues with programming going out. No wait time when you call in.
  • CONS : Too expensive. I would like to see all the little nit picky charges gone and a $30 service charge is ridiculously overpriced. The tech that came out and helped me get Tivo running was excellent but his boss was a real jerk. The perception I get as a customer is that the higher you are in the job, (supervisor, etc.) the more unhelpful and condescending they seem to be. The most desperate need for change is when you call in and none of the options pertaining to why you are calling seems to fit, there is no way to get straight to a live person without either being hung up on or just getting more useless options.

I love the ease of use of Comcast tv and so far the agents that I\'ve talk to are very helpful and pleasant.Hardly any issues with programming going out. No wait time when you call in.

  • CONS : Contacting Customer Service can be a frustrating experience with having to repeatedly give the same information to each and every agent during a call session. The \"I\'ll send your cable box a signal and everything should be working after about 2 hours.\" almost never works!

  • PROS : It is fairly reliable. Lately I have not experienced downtime although I have in the past.
  • CONS : Cost. No package deal are offered to loyal customers. Only new customers get deals. There should be some discount for staying with the company.

I had the Internet installed for 2 months while I was in Florida. The service was installed in a timely manner and it was very easy to return the equipment at the end of my stay.

  • CONS : XFINITY box is wonderful but occasionally freezes the action which can be frustrating.

We believe Comcast to be a company which is reliable with a trusted brand. Each member of staff we have dealt with has been friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
