  • PROS : Fast and easy set up
  • CONS : There are times when my internet goes out but I do not know if its comcast fault or my router or modem.

Thus far, I have not had any issue with comcast. Keep up the good customer service and the fast interenet.

  • PROS : Comcast doesn\'t go out when it rains.
  • CONS : No printed TV Guide Very difficult to get customer service on the phone. I want to cancel HBO, but can\'t get through. Twice I have waited over 30 minutes with no response.

I like the service Comcast doesn\'t go out when it rains so good.

Ive been using it for like good 2 months and it has not disconnect yet. Some people say Comcast sucks because of it keeps disconnecting and well it has not happened to me yet which its good. I guess its improved a lot now. Thanks

  • PROS : Technician who performed service at our home yesterday was exceptional.
  • CONS : Initial installation being performed by contractors does not lead to a sense of ownership by them and does not leave a good feeling with the customers. Order to bury the cable was never submitted. Internet has been intermittent at times. Cable signal has resulted in \"pixellation\".

Yesterday, technician(Steve ?) rang the bell just to say he would be working on the pole behind the house. He asked how our service was and I indicated we had some problems. He checked our signal and found noise. He came inside, remedied two problems, then buried our cable. He cared for our satisfaction and represented Comcast very well.
