  • CONS : My internet seems to be slow, but If I call for serbice I will have to pay. When I had WOW, service calls were free.

Each sales person gave me a different price. I wanted the 2 years agreement with the $200 Visa card. When I called to imquire, they said I didn't have the 2 year agreement. But that turned out to be okay, because I plan to drop Comcast Xfinity as soon as possible and return to my old cable company. The installation was all screwed up and he didn't turn off the old telephome so I had noise. They were going to charge me a service call for their screw up. I am totally disappointed with Comcast.

  • PROS : Technician was great. We are former AT&T customers and Comcast internet is faster and the HD picture is better.
  • CONS : You should offer the same promotions to existing customers that you do for new customers.

Technician was great. We are former AT&T customers and Comcast internet is faster and the HD picture is better. We did not get the right boxes that we discussed when we signed up for the package and they should offer the same promotions to existing customers that you do for new customers.

  • PROS : Some of the people I have dealt with have been very helpful, professional and gone out of their way to make sure everything is o.k. The internet speed is much better than my previous provider's.
  • CONS : Phone technicians that are easier to understand & have the ability to vary from their script home technicians who are able to troubleshoot if an install is not standard or there are issues phone system tracks history with customer and transfers information from technician to technician

It took several technicians before we had a router/modem that worked consistently and they did not all seem very knowledgeable about what might be wrong. Your phone technicians are not at all helpful if they follow through their script and it doesn't fix the problem. Many of them are difficult to understand and they seem to be on auto pilot. It's also incredibly frustrating when each time you get transferred to a different person you have to re-give all your identifying information - that should follow you as well as a history of what has already happened so you don't have to repeat steps that have already been unsuccessful.

  • PROS : They were very upfront with me about how the rates will change and the exact amounts that they would change to after a year of being with the company. I am excited, and will hopefully be ready to add more Comcast xfinity services in the near future.
  • CONS : I haven\'t been with the service long enough to have really experienced any problems. I haven\'t even approached my first bill.

Comcast was very adamant about me subscribing to their services. I am impressed with what I have seen so far. I hope to see more excellence in the future!

  • CONS : Lower prices. It starts off great with promos but escalates very high after that.

  • PROS : Experience has been much better than we had received with Dish for the past 2 years.
  • CONS : If your promised to receive a credit on your bill for late service appointment, it should be credited to your account immediately, just as charges against you are, such as On Demand is, we have been waiting for two months for a $20.00 credit.

Overall, we are very pleased with our service provided to us by Comcast.

  • CONS : When we get internet on a offer or a discounted rate, the discounted rate does not show up in our bill till I call customer service and remind them again. Again the next month I ended up with the same problem. If you automated billing service can put the right rates that would make my life a lot easier.

Overall I like comcast,Uninterrupted good service. Easy to order. Good customer support response on technical issues.
