  • CONS : Internet speed is poor The DVR is difficult to operate and won't let you record 2 Chanel's at once I HAD to buy phone service even though I'll never use it. Channel selection is poor The channel guide is too small All this is relative to verizon fios that I had at my previous residence. I'd switch in a heartbeat to verizon if it was an option

Good customer service. Sadly I've needed it several times. My wifi was not tested mad didn't work for several weeks

  • PROS : The cable rarely goes out and the internet works fine. It just seems like everything is less complicated than if we had another company.
  • CONS : We had to change our phone number when we changed to Comcast. It would be good if we could upgrade our DVR without having to pay.extra.

  • PROS : It\'s pretty fast, and i\'ve had no problems with it in the short time that I\'ve had it.
  • CONS : I can see none as of yet.

I\'ve only had the service a short while but, it works very well. To me it seems clear that Comcast is putting effort into upgrading their access speed. I applaud them.It\'s pretty fast, and i\'ve had no problems with it in the short time that I\'ve had it.

  • CONS : The cons,are the clauses u guys put in with ur payment agreements.Multiple deals like 19.99 for 6 months then theres another for 29.99,like I had and then I saw another for 19.99 for 12 months,I feel slighted.Which lead me to,\"for 6months\"...I don\'t deserve a steady price as long as I pay my bill?Its kinda confusing personally.I think u guys should have a set price for service.I think that\'s a real con....

  • PROS : There is plenty to like, but when you need help from tech support, friendly service.
  • CONS : I had some problems with the norton program. My computer said it was there, but it would not let me access it. My phone rep safed the day.

I am still learning the system for what I have. I see no difference in service than I had with ATT uverse earlier this year. Outside the cheaper price per month, there is no difference I can see. Pretty happy so far.

  • PROS : Fewer interruptions than satellite.
  • CONS : Pricing - it\'s too high.

We don\'t have as many service interruptions as we did with satellite service.

  • PROS : Like the option of self install, makes getting cable easier for us people that are busy.
  • CONS : Occasionally my service will go out on some channels but not others.

Overall i would say my experience with comcast has been positive.

  • PROS : I am a visiting scholar of MSU. And I only use the internet service of comcast. I think the rebate of tomcast is very good. I will recommend other visitiing scholar from my country to use comcast service.
  • CONS : Many TV series and movies are locked. It could be better if you provide more free TV series and movies for us.

As a whole, the service comcast is very good. I like it.

  • PROS : The recent efforts to make customers satisfied. Despite some customer service hiccups, the escalation team effort is very effective and efficient.
  • CONS : The internet service frequently has some hiccups. It gets fixed after I call 1-800 to send a refresh signal to my modem, but that would happen evey 5-6 days maybe! I would really like to have a direct phone number to refresh the signal instead of going through the main line phone system and hear all the options before I get to press 1 to send a refresh signal to my modem. that\'s all thx! Ah, one more thing, I have this with dish network I would love to have it with comcast.I had the ability to (only) flip through my favorite channels through pressing up and down channels. With comcast now if I was on a favorite channle let\'s say 78 and I hit up or down on the remote it will go to 79 or 77 not the the next favorite channel. The only way that I have now is either hit the guide the choose the next favorite channel, or hit the favorite button to go to the next favorite channels but I can\'t get back to the previous favorite channel.

Great service, fast interfnet, all of channels.
